Summer Night Market

Where: Queen Victoria Market.

When: Every Wednesday night until 8 March 2017

Details: Different theme each week – so the whole summer school holiday period! Lots of live entertainment, roving entertainers, food and beverage offerings as well as 130 merchandise traders, there is lots to keep the kiddies fed, happy and occupied these school holidays.

Gingerbread Village by Epicure

When: 01/12/2016 to 24/12/2016

Where: Melbourne Town Hall, 90-130 Swanston Street

Time: 10am – 8.30am

 Details: No Bookings required. Now in its sixth year, the Gingerbread Village by Epicure returns to the Melbourne Town Hall from 1 December, delighting all until Christmas Eve. Entertain the kids for free and find your favourite Melbourne landmark made out of gingerbread.

Breakfast with Santa – Box Hill

When: 17 December

Time: Session 1 – 10am & Session 2 – 11.30am

Where: Box Hill Central Shopping Centre

The Breakfast with Santa event will include a free breakfast and a surprise visit from Santa, Mary the Christmas Fairy and Rudolph the Reindeer.  The event will be held on the upper level North precinct. Bookings essential.

Box Hill Central Playground Official Launch – Box Hill

Interactive Kids is a new virtual touch-screen game that will give your children the ability to have fun while learning in areas of creativity, reaction and logical thinking. The play area will include a touch screen system that features games available in over 20 languages. The virtual games are all non-violent and are created to stimulate concentration, awareness and visual perception.



There are lots of different games to choose from that are available for children of all ages to learn, play and discover. Plus, they all have a cool outer space theme!

Kids (and adults) can now pedal their own delicious, colourful snack!  We also have our paper hat decorating and senses boxes which can be added to the fun!

Melbourne Christmas Lights

The best FREE event (other than petrol) over the holidays! All of the Christmas lights! You can also see beautiful Christmas displays at the Myer Christmas Windows in Bourke St.
