Vanilla Almond Milk Green Smoothie

Vanilla Almond Milk Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 Cos lettuce leaves
  • ½ Lebanese cucumber
  • ½ stalk celery
  • 1 sachet Vanilla BetaHeart
  • ¼ cup (50g) pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender in the order listed and blitz on full power until completely smooth. If using a Vitamix you can use the tamper to push the ingredients down into the blades. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
  2. Tip: If using fresh rather than frozen pineapple, add a few ice cubes to chill the smoothie.
