2 Ingredient Marshmallow Crackles
A Very Cheap & Simple Recipe. Marshmallow Crackles are best kept in the fridge until ready to eat so they stay together. Very similar to the taste of an LCM bar. You can use Sugar-Free Marshmallows.
- 10 large marshmallows
- 3 Cups of Rice Bubbles
- Melt marshmallows in the microwave for 30 seconds or until gooey and runny in a large bowl. Pour your rice bubbles into the gooey marshmallows and stir under distributed. Spoon mixture into patty cases and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2 Ingredient Marshmallow Crackles are part of my Budget Meals blogging goal to provide you with cheap meal ideas with minimal ingredients. Ditch the classic Copha recipe, this is a very cheap recipe with the option of less sugar.
