  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 250mL (1 cup) coconut milk
  • 1 heaped tbs IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Bio-fermented Pea + Brown Rice Protein Powder
  • 1 heaped tbs IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Kale, Collard Greens + Broccoli Sprout Powder
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 handful ice
