“Vanilla Almond Milk Green Smoothie” has 6 Healthy Ingredients to get your day going
- 3 Cos lettuce leaves
- ½ Lebanese cucumber
- ½ stalk celery
- 1 sachet Vanilla BetaHeart
- ¼ cup (50g) pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup almond milk
- Put all the ingredients into a blender in the order listed and blitz on full power until completely smooth. If using a Vitamix you can use the tamper to push the ingredients down into the blades. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
- Tip: If using fresh rather than frozen pineapple, add a few ice cubes to chill the smoothie.
