Tropical Island Fruit & Vegetable Smoothie
Huzzah! It’s a guest Smoothie from The Little Mom That Could. If you’re not a veggie lover the thought of a Vegetable Smoothie might make you want to barf. But you NEED vegetables. You NEED them to survive. This is really important for you. If you don’t like them you can blend them up with some fruit and you can say that you had vegetables today.
If you love vegetable smoothies then your mouth is probably watering right now because Matilda from TLMTC always comes through with delicious food and drink on her blog. This one is no exception. Make sure when you finish reading this you go and take a look at her recipes – you won’t be disappointed.
This also falls under the Vegan Smoothie Recipe as it has no dairy products.

- 1 cup frozen mango
- handful of baby or chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- Instructions: Everything in the blender until smooth. More juice or water can be added to get desired consistency.
Look at that ^ . It looks delicious. Little Mom That Could is well worth the read not just for recipes. Although her food makes me want to have a food baby. She writes about some key things in life. I must say I do partake in a little reading of her stories and you should tally on ho over there and pay her a visit.
